Phil Dalhausser Shirtless Most Outstanding Player at Beijing Olympics

One hot hunk in the beach sand! Named as the Most Outstanding Player for the men’s beach volleyball competition at the Beijing Olympics. He teamed with Todd Rogers (equally good looking by the way) to win the gold medals on the Beijing Olympics beach volleyball finals men division, defeating Marcio Araujo and Fabio Luiz Magalhaes of Brazil in the final.

Philip “Phil” Peter Dalhausser was born January 26, 1980 in Baden, Switzerland to a German father, Peter and a Swiss mother, Marianne. He now calls his hometown Ormond Beach, Florida. He attended Mainland High School in Daytona Beach, Florida.

Dalhausser was named the SWATCH FIVB World Tour best blocker in 2006 and 2007, the best hitter in 2007 and the most improved player in 2006.

He attended the University of Central Florida and joined Lambda Chi Alpha, where he was named “Most Valuable Player” and received the William G. Morgan Award for most outstanding player. He earned a business degree at UCF and played for the club volleyball team. After college, he worked for a concrete company and then worked a short time for a firm that painted stripes on Florida highways.

As of 2006, Dalhausser resides in Ventura, California.
